One Nickson's story began in 2015 with the founding of Nickson General Contractors (NGC), built on a commitment to quality, opportunity, and strong relationships. As the organization grew, the vision expanded beyond construction with the establishment of Nickson Development Group (NDG), creating a platform to pursue real estate development and investment opportunities. The organization continued to expand with the establishment of Nickson Management Company (NMC) in 2022, thus adding professional property management to its ever growing real estate capabilities. 

Today, One Nickson brings these companies and other affiliated businesses together under one unified organization, providing expertise across development, construction, property management, and related real estate services.
